Check with both the post office of the country your sending it to and from, to see if it’s legal first. Usually they’ll let you send it if it’s not invasive and does not have pests or disease. The USA does not allow you to send soil. Then get a plastic bag and(Wash all the soil off the roots) put peat moss or vermiculite and dampen it a little. Most likely your bonsai will suffer but might make it there alive and if they take good care of it, it will revive.
