I just made a small bed for my flowers. I put a bunch of seeds in there such as Echanasea, Zinnia, marygolds, etc. Should I put mulch over the seeds I just planted?

No. Wait until they come up so it will not weight them down.

i would wait until the plants get up above the ground and start to leave out after all the purpose of mulch is to hold in moisture and you don’t want a lot of moisture around the seeds they will just rot and not come upwhen the plants come up and began to leaf out about three inces tall mulch them then and they will reward you greatly hope this helps
