The black beauty rose is a very dark burgundy rose that will look a little black along the edges. They would be perfect. I recommend instead of looking for black flowers, go for black “bouquet jewelry”, or even add some black feathers to your bouquet (I saw feathers in the bouquet in a masquerade themed wedding once and it was lovely and dramatic)

White. White flowers are almost always readily available and can be cheaper than many others. They will add a pop to your colors and contrast very nicely (and classy!) with black and burgundy.

Look at dark callas (gorgeous, and parts actually are black), proteus, any variety of berries that appear black, orchids – many have black speckles.
Burgundy flowers are abundant, and would probably be somewhat less expensive, so you could focus on whatever type you prefer, and invest in a gorgeous black ribbon for bouquets, black stones in clear vases as a foundation, black crystals, etc.
Do use discretion – while your palette is beautiful and rich, if abused it can come off as a cross between Nightmare Before Christmas (no black foliage, please) and the Playboy Bunny (careful how you tie the black ribbons.)
Best wishes!

Since you have dark colors I would opt for lighter colored flowers such as pinks and ivories or whites. If you try for the same colors, your flowers may get lost in the girls’ dresses. You can mix in some of the burgundy flowers. The dark calla lilies are beautiful.

Try a pale pink with the burgundy it is quite lovely. Ivory works well also.
To pick a flower go to AmericanFloralDistributors.com they have an awesome online catalog of flowers from A-Z. Peonies are beautiful and come in a gorgeous pale pink, roses, freesia, tulips, gladiolas, and camellias look at the pics and choose a flower you find dreamy..

Our wedding colours are black, burgundy and deep purple, so I was having the same problem. My fiance suggested a flower his mother grows in her garden called Chocolate Cosmos. They are deep, deep burgundy (almost black) and – in a perfect candy reference for our halloween wedding – they smell just like chocolate! Here’s a really stunning shot of a bouquet made entirely of them

add a black and silver ribbon in place of the brown one, and voila! A co-ordinating bouquet for a tricky colour scheme! Good luck and congratulations!

Depends on what month you are getting married:
Have you ever seen black or burgendy Dahlias?
There are some midnight irises and dark burgendy irises. Also very dark tulips in burgendy and dark chololate. There are also dark lilies. Have you ever thought of contrasting colors so the flowers stand out against the bridesmaids dresses?
You can always go with red or ivory roses and it will not clash with burgendy, or just go with a mixed bouquet.
Good luck!
